Owner financing is becoming one of the hottest real
estate investment trends in the industry today. You will find many home owners who are willing to accept a promissory note as a portion of their purchase price because it enables them to meet their target asking price for their home. This is a vehicle used by many For Sale By Owners (FSBO's) to attract interested buyers. Many don't even know this financial strategy exists.
